At UNIVERSAL SURPLUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original fashion packaging.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our logistics center.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
